Responsible for the ratings performance of the ARN stations in Australia including the Classic Hits stream and the Mix stream of stations. ARN operates stations in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide.

Began career on-air in regional New South Wales, Australia and then as PD launched the first FM radio station on the central coast of New South Wales and have been programming successfully in some of the most competitive markets in Australia and internationally for the past 25 years.

Further success followed with Austereo at B105 in Brisbane before being headhunted by the Triple M Network owners Village Roadshow. As Group Programme Director, Triple M Melbourne, went to number one overall within 12 months. The confidence this gave Village Roadshow lead to the eventual merger of Austereo and the Triple M Network. 

Was then appointed Programme Director for Austereo International. The highlight though was the work done in Malaysia with Measat Communications (now Astro Radio) which resulted in the the development of 8 new formats in KL.

Then accepted the role of Programming Consultant with the consultancy company BP&R which involved working in New Zealand, Europe and the UK. Success in the UK with the GWR Group lead to the company internalising the consultancy. Moved fulltime to the UK in May of 2002. Following the merger of GWR and the Capital Radio Group in 2006 became the Senior Programme Director for G-Cap Media’s regional FM network of 39 stations.

In May of 2008 was approached by Bauer Radio to become Regional Programme Director for Scotland recording record audience results. 

In September 2010 returned to Australia as National Content Director of the Australian Radio Network. Secured the Kyle & Jackie O breakfast show in Jan 2014 and launched KIIS 1065 in Sydney. 2014 was ARN’s most successful year for ratings ever and ARN is now the #1 radio network 10+ and 25-54.
