He has worked at several radio stations in Serbia and region before he started to run his own agency. Uroš Bogdanović is a well known radio host in Serbia. He used the "Little Green Dragon"-techniques in his show (Uroš Bogdanović Show) to prepare great, original content. 

He has developed new system of on air talent coaching. Along with his team he created an award-winning creative campaign for HEINEKEN Serbia in responsible consumption field.
