Francis Currie is partner in Currie Nordén Research & Radio Consultants. Currie Nordén  provide expert strategic and tactical research to radio stations in competitive markets around the world. They provide contemporary Strategic Market Studies, Music Mapping, AMTs and Dynamic Content Testing in addition to bespoke research projects.

Francis is expert in analysing and presenting research data in a way that is easy to understand and makes the data easy to use. His specialities include turning around under-performing stations, developing market-leading Morning Shows and building strong brands. He is also an experienced trainer and certified coach.

He was the only non-American named in Radio Ink’s poll of ‘the radio industry’s best consultants’.

Francis has worked with clients in many different markets including the Far East, Middle East, and Europe. He has worked extensively with both large networks and individual stations to help clients make sense of their markets, and to develop and deliver clear programming and promotional strategies.

Prior to becoming a consultant Francis was a successful senior radio executive in the UK.  He masterminded the success of the Heart Brand in the UK as Programme Director of Heart in London and Group Programme Director of the Heart Network.

Previously he was the launch Programme Director of Magic in London and Music Director for EMAP across all music media including tv, radio, magazines, web sites, compilations and concerts.
